Mardi Gras meets Valentine’s Day

This year, Mardi Gras falls on Feb. 13, the day before Valentine’s Day. Stop by Sugar & Spice at the IMU for king cake and enjoy Valentine treats through Feb. 14.

Shawn Doyle, the sous chef in Forest Dining Hall, will create a nut-free array of sweets celebrating Valentine's Day on Wednesday, Feb. 14. The special event is part of the Sous Chef Spotlight series.

Impossibly delicious

On Feb. 20 at Forest Dining Hall during lunchtime, representatives from Impossible Burger will be on site with five new recipes featuring their meatless products. The Impossible team worked with IU chefs to create recipes that our students would like. Please note that Impossible Beef is made with soy, sunflower oil, and yeast extract.
